Solos is a user-friendly page builder designed for creativepreneurs to showcase their portfolios and recent activities. Our core values are delightful design, ease of use, and high conversion. Solos helps users create visually appealing pages that engage their audience and encourage conversions.

We're delighted to have you here. These Terms & Conditions, along with our associated policies, govern your use of our services – the website (https://solos.page/), apps, and related software or features (collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “Solos”).

When we refer to "we," "our," or "us" in these Terms, we're talking about Ravenry Pte. Ltd. By using Solos, you're agreeing to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") as well as the additional policies linked here and on the Platform. Please take the time to read these Terms carefully, and feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.

If a change will have a materially negative effect on you, we’ll use our best efforts to notify you at least 1 month before the change takes effect (e.g., via a notification on the Platform). Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to the Terms is taken as your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, in whole or in part, we ask you to please stop using Solos and cancel your account.

Your Account

To create an account and become a Solos user, you must be at least 18 years old. If you’re creating an account on behalf of someone else, you must have their permission to do so. You’re responsible for your account and ensuring it is used lawfully. When you create an account, you agree to comply with these Terms and that you’re over 18 and legally able to enter these Terms with us. You must provide us with accurate information about yourself — if anything changes, please let us know so we can update your details.

If you’re using Solos on behalf of a business or individual, you confirm that you’re authorized by them to agree to these Terms on their behalf. You’re responsible for anything that happens to your account, so keep your login details and password safe and don’t share them with anyone.

If you think your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately. You must not assign or transfer your account to someone else or use your account (or allow it to be used by anyone) in a way that, in our reasonable opinion, causes damage to Solos or our reputation, or infringes another’s rights or applicable laws and regulations.

Your Username

When you create a Solos account, you’ll need to choose a suitable username that respects everyone’s rights. We understand your username holds significance, but it must also be appropriate for all users and avoid infringing on anyone’s rights, including intellectual property (IP) rights like copyright and trademarks. You can’t use someone else’s name, like a celebrity or brand, or pick a username that’s offensive, vulgar, or unrelated just to profit from it later (referred to as “Domain Squatting”).

If any issues arise with your username, we’ll assess the situation fairly and may ask you to change it (it might be reassigned too). If you decline, we may suspend or terminate your account. If someone claims your username violates their IP rights, they must file an Intellectual Property report, and you’ll have the chance to respond with a Counter Notice. If you haven’t subscribed after your Free Trial or your subscription has expired for the past month, we might reclaim or reassign your username.

Your Content

We love the variety of content that our users post on Solos! However, we want to ensure that everyone who visits the Platform can do so safely. These standards set out what content is and isn’t allowed on Solos, so please make sure you follow them; otherwise, we may suspend or permanently remove your account.

When we talk about your content ("Content(s)"), we mean the text, graphics, videos, links, products, and any other materials you add to your Solos profile. You’re responsible for your content, and you warrant that:

Since laws and regulations can differ across the countries we operate in, we might ban content that is considered legal in some regions but not others. We reserve the right to take appropriate steps to keep Solos safe, including content removal or access restriction.

We love your content and want to show it off. When you post content on your Solos profile, you grant us a license to (i) use, publicly display, distribute, modify, adapt, and create derivative works of such content; and (ii) use your name, image, voice, photograph, likeness, and any other personal attributes in the content; on the Platform and in our marketing in all media (such as our social channels and any other advertising). This license is worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual, which means we can use your content anywhere in the world, without paying you fees, for as long as we like. You agree that you have all third-party rights necessary to post the content on Solos and to grant us this license. You’ll retain all of your rights in your content. Keep in mind that your content will be publicly accessible and may be used and re-shared by others on Solos and across the internet.

Please don’t share personal info on Solos that you don’t want visible to the world. Never post social security numbers, passport details, or similar info that could cause harm in the wrong hands. You may only post another person’s personal information where you have their consent and have kept a record of it. We don’t have to monitor the accuracy, reliability, or legality of your content, but we may choose to do so.

We may modify, remove, or restrict access to content at any time in line with these Terms or apply a sensitive content warning to content that we deem unsuitable for all audiences.


Solos subscriptions are billed on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, or occasionally on a lifetime basis, depending on the subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless you or we cancel it prior to the renewal. You may cancel your Subscription either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team. We may cancel by giving you notice of our intent not to renew. We reserve the right to revise the terms of your Subscription, including pricing, upon a renewal of your Subscription by giving you notice of the revision(s) prior to that renewal. If you do not accept the revision(s), you may cancel your Subscription as provided above. If you do not cancel your Subscription prior to the renewal, you will be bound by the revised terms of your Subscription.

A valid payment method (such as a credit card) is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You will provide us, or the payment services provider, with accurate and complete payment information required by the payment method (such as name, address, and telephone number). By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees plus applicable Taxes incurred through your account to any such payment method.

If Solos is obligated to collect or pay any sales, use, value-added, or other taxes (“Taxes”) in respect of your Subscription (other than on Solos’s net income), the Taxes will be invoiced to you along with the Subscription fee. To allow us to determine our obligations for Taxes, you agree that we may rely on the address you provide when you subscribe or the address attached to your payment method. If those addresses do not correctly identify the province, territory, state, or country of your residence, then you will provide the correct information to us. You will be liable to pay, or reimburse Solos for, any Taxes, interest, or fines arising out of your failure to provide the correct Tax identification information to us.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, we will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Fee Changes

Solos, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Solos will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Platform after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Tax Requirements

You are responsible for your obligations under applicable tax laws in the territory where you are promoting products or services if you choose to monetize your Solos page. You should seek independent professional advice regarding your obligations under applicable tax laws.


Subscriptions are non-refundable, except as required by law. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by us on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.


We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Solos, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform; (iv) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Platform by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. In no event shall Solos, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable to you for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses, or costs in an amount exceeding the amount you paid to Solos hereunder or $10.000, whichever is greater. This limitation of liability section applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Solos has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Platform, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Platform and providing notice to you of such revision. The revised Terms will become effective immediately upon posting on the Platform unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have become effective constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
